Terms and Conditions for Gift Voucher - Freya Beauty Salon:
1. Validity: This voucher is valid until 31st January 2025. It cannot be used after this date under any circumstances.
2. Non-Cashable: This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary value.
3. Single Use: This voucher can be used only once by one person. A single individual is not allowed to use more than one voucher.
4. Non-Combination: This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Clients must choose only one option.
5. Booking Requirement: Advance booking is required to redeem the voucher. Please mention the voucher at the time of booking.
6. Giftable: This voucher does not require a name and can be given to any person free of charge. Resale of this voucher is prohibited.
7. Procedure Coverage: The voucher can be used for any procedure offered by Freya Beauty Salon, subject to availability and suitability as determined by salon professionals. It cannot be used for the purchase of any products or materials. The voucher can only be used for salon services.
8. Lost/Stolen Vouchers: Freya Beauty Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. They will not be replaced or refunded.
9. Cancellation: All vouchers will be canceled automatically after 31st January 2025.
10. Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to duplicate or manipulate this voucher will result in immediate voiding of the voucher and potential denial of services.
11. Salon Rights: Freya Beauty Salon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Important Points to Remember:
- While booking an appointment, provide information to the administrator that you have a voucher and want to use it.
- Present your voucher at the time of your appointment. The physical voucher will be taken at the start of the appointment. If the physical paper voucher is not provided, it cannot be used! Photos of the voucher will not be accepted.
- Ensure you make your booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Respect the terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Freya Beauty Salon.
